MKP is available to our customers at any time, including on weekends and bank holidays if necessary, for spare parts orders as well as to obtain technical assistance or resolve any doubts.

  • We transfer immediately your inquiry to the corresponding department in our headquarters and we take care that you receive an answer as soon as possible.
  • We help you as well with the identification of spare parts and verify their availability. We also track the shipment and make sure that you receive the spare parts on time and on appropriate manner.
  • We provide support during technical interventions as well as during machine start-ups and we act often as an interpreter to facilitate the understanding between the involved parties.
  • We make a point on staff training, for operators as well as for the maintenance staff, as we think it is essential to get the best production results as possible. All our headquarters offer an adequate training for our client’s personal.
  • Apart of the technical service our headquarters offer, we also have exclusive contracts with local electrician technicians, who support us at any time. We have to highlight the agreement with Mr. Josep Rius, based in Barcelona and specialized in Kautex machines, but also providing technical knowledge of the other machine manufacturers.
