It is the most reliable alternative in mono and up to 7-layer heads regardless of the moulding line manufacturer, offering practically the entire "hot" part from the extruders to the head itself which can be Mono up to 7 layers - where they stand out especially - and in both continuous and accumulation heads and up to 24 parison as can be seen in the table below:
And not only does it offer new heads for newly acquired lines, but also the possibility of refurbishing old single-layer lines to convert them at very reasonable prices into multilayer lines in order to be able to incorporate post-consumer materials (there is a great demand) or other materials. They have their own control and command but perfectly compatible with the software of any of the blow moulding line manufacturers so the integration is perfect.
It also has a laboratory where we can optimise the products that our customers wish to manufacture with all kinds of equipment to carry out endurance tests to ensure that we meet the market requirements. In addition to this we offer the W.Müller Academy where we can train the customer's staff with direct access to the machines.
